We successfully shifted the focus of the website from merely a product catalogue to a more interactive customer centric solution. The seamless melding of products and recipes allow users to discover great food ideas, share through social media and in the process, discover new products in the McKenzies extensive range. In addition, provides visibility on nutrition and stock availability in supermarkets nationally.
All content is quickly and easily maintained by the client in all aspects, minimising the need for external support and unnecessary associated costs. We also integrated ZenDesk to improve and provide a more comprehensive customer service experience.
