Project Discovery

Where it all begins…you contact our team and we arrange a meeting to chat goals, expectations and all things project related. Our aim here is to see the bigger picture.

Project Kick-off

We have briefed our team on your project, and they are now ready to begin. Our kick-off will introduce our team to yours and vice versa, and we will help you set up in your project portal.

Experience Strategy

Our User Experience Strategy Workshop & Information Architecture then deep-dives into all of your desired goals, outcomes, user data and technical requirements, which then go into your first deliverable, the IA Strategy document.

UX Design & Prototyping

Once reviewed and confirmed, the prototyping starts: a design-wireframe hybrid that hashes out page layouts, sections and components into a medium-fidelity clickable prototype.

Branding Rollout

Once we’re all confirmed with the direction of the structure and layouts, rollout fills out the rest – applying your brand to each handcrafted section, component, and interaction.

Development & Integration

Now the build begins – our Dev team collaborates with the design team to develop the digital experience in a staging environment. We ensure that all functionality is implemented and ready to be filled with dynamic content.

Content Migration & Styling

Each section and page is then populated with your approved copy and content. Utilising our custom-built Blokki system, content is able to be populated and styled across the entire site with on-brand consistency – simply, while still offering visual flexibility.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Now it’s time to test the digital experience. It is tested against a suite of usability criteria, as well as other business or user-related goals, gleaned from the research and data.

Launch

Once the UAT process is complete and signed off, it’s time to launch. There is an in-depth process and checklist that further ensures all items have been checked off. Based on over 15+ years of experience

Warranty Period

Things can sometimes go wrong, but there’s no need to worry. You have a warranty period in place for any bugs or issues that may arise post launch. If the item is related to the original project scope, you won’t be charged and it will be fixed free of charge, of course.
